• Prepare dual nose cap deployment pyrotechnic devices and ready for installation into rocket.
• Load dual nose cap charge into rocket, insure at all times the devices are safed until final launch readiness.
• Ensure external disarming devices are properly installed before attching leads from pyrotechnic devices.
• When ready to attach nose cone to rocket main body, attach the leads from the dual nose cap pyrotechnic devices to the corresponding external disarming mechanisms and ensure all electronically discharged pyrotechnics are disabled until final launch readiness.

• Prepare dual main deployment pyrotechnic devices and ready for installation into rocket.
• Load dual main pyrotechnic device charge into rocket, insure at all times the devices are safed until final launch readiness.
• Ensure external disarming devices are properly installed before attching leads from pyrotechnic devices.
• Attach leads from the dual main deployment pyrotechinic devices to their corresponding external disarming mechanisms and insure all electronically discharged pyrotechnics are disabled until final launch readiness.

• Be sure all arming switches are off (phono plugs installed).
• Ohmmeter test of NEW battery under load.
• Install battery in altimeter.
• Secure battery in place with Missile Works built in positive battery retention system.
• Altimeter properly programmed and verified.

• Be sure all arming cicuits are off (phono plugs installed).
• Ohmeter test of new batteries under load
• Install batteries in altimeter.
• Secure batteries in place with Missile Works built in positive battery retention system.
• Altimeter properly programmed and verified.

• Be sure all arming cicuits are off (phono plugs installed).
• Install avionics insert into avionics bay and tighten retension screws.
• Attach leads from phone jacks to corresponding terminals on terminal strips.
• Insure all pyrotechnics are in disarmed mode during electronics final installation(phono plugs installed).
• Install nose cone attaching leads to pyrotechnic charges to banana jacks on avionics bay.
• Install 6 4-40 thredaed nylon screws into nose cone retension holes.

Note: All pyrotechnic devices must remain in an unarmed mode until rocket is on pad ready to launch.

• Prepare launch pad.
• Load rocket on launch rod.
• Ensure launch pad is vertical and rocket slides easily along rail.

• Connect hybrid motor to Ground Support Equipment.

• Insert igniter. Be sure it is positioned correctly.
• Secure igniter in position.
• Assure that launcher is not hot.
• Attach leads to ignition device.
• Be sure all connectors are clean.
• Be sure they don't touch each other or that circuit is not grounded by contact with metal parts.
• Check tower's position and be sure it is locked into place and ready for launch.

• Insure Flight Witnesses are in place and ready for launch.
• Remove safe arming pins (phone plugs) starting with pyrotechnic charge pins.
• Listen for a series of 3 beeps from each altimeter 10 seconds after arming. 3 beeps indicate a functional altimeter and continuity to all charges.
• DO NOT LAUNCH ROCKET WITHOUT 3 BEEPS FROM EACH ALTIMETER!!
• Arm launch controller.
• Fill Nitrous Oxide Tank until nitrous oxide plume is visible.
• Signal LCO & RSO that rocket is ready for launch.
• Countdown and launch.

• Dump Nitrous Oxide (if necessary).
• Safe all pyrotechnics to pre-launch mode(Re-install all phono plugs).
• Remove failed igniter.
• Resume checklist at "Final Launch Preparations/Prepare Igniters."

• Check for non-discharged pyrotechnics.
• Safe all ejection circuits by installing phono plugs into ejection phono jacks.
• DO NOT SAFE ALTIMETER UNTIL RECORDING PEAK ALTIMETER!
• Remove any non-discharged pyrotechnics.
• Listen for beep count from altimeters and record altitude reached by flight.
• Insert phono plug to power down altimeters.

• Disarm all non-fired pyrotechnic devices.
• Continue Normal Post Flight Recovery procedures.
• Sit down and cry.
